For apartments with a small area and many adjacent rooms that need not be too separate in a U-shape, designing a house in the form of tone sur ton is also a very popular idea. Because of the convenience in decoration, color scheme, and furniture, it is a completely significant point because of its minimalism but very harmony.

 

The main color tone of the 808D Choa Chu Kang project is milk cream. This is one of the most popular color tones for small houses. Knowing that, InDeCoVn took advantage of the milky cream color with a little highlight of the yellow light block, the mint green color of the kitchen not only brings a modern feeling but also makes the house more harmonious and cozy.

In recent years, Wood effect tiles has been the design to go for. Especially with the rise of Scandinavian, Minimalist & Muji design theme. 

​

Tiles are highly durable and relatively much easier to maintain and upkeep than other flooring. It is water resistant and does not scratch as easily. Suitable for those who are looking at fuss free and easy maintenance.

 

Project space:

With a relatively small space for the living room, InDeCoVN designed a sofa set close to the wall to create an empty space for the living room.

 

Using a dark gray sofa with L-shaped felt material and some creative gray wood grain patterns creates an overall uniformity in the living room. The wall color and floor color also need to match to make the space more airy and spacious. Choosing wood-colored flooring is also a smart decision to help hide stains.

The floor tile floor is a large glossy and light-colored imitation wood tile with high reflective ability to create the feeling of an extremely spacious and airy house.

 

In the bedroom, it is still a light gray color but more cozy due to the color of the oak wood of the wardrobe, of the tab at the head of the bed, of the yellow light.

 

The kitchen is designed close to the wall with two rows of opposite desks to save maximum kitchen space. The light yellow tone of the pendant lights connects the two spaces of the living room and the kitchen. Not only that, Diffuse light will make this space more open and airy. This is a combination of art and warmth when the romantic space will be followed by the most cozy space in the family. that is the kitchen.
